ATTENDANCE:

1. 80% attendance is essential for promotions to the next

class.

2.

In case of sickness or other unforeseen circumstances, the

student on returning to the school, must produce

application, made by parents or guardian along with

medical certificate (if necessary) need to be sanctioned by

the Principal through the class teacher.

3. Repeated absence without leave application or

unexplained absence for more than 7 consecutive days,

renders the student liable to have his her name struck off

from the roll. Re-admission may be granted on payment of

readmission fee.

All are expected to attend school on the reopening day, ie,

after Summer, Autumn and Winter vacations.

5.

A student returning to school after suffering from any

infectious or contagious disease should produce a doctor's

fitness certificate, permitting him/her to attend the school

Children are expected to reach at the school before 7.30 AM to

participate in the Assembly session.

MONTHLY SCHOOL FEES:

Monthly tuition fees are collected from 1st to 10th day of every

month and after 10th day, with late fine.

 

 

EXAMINATIONS

Progress of the pupils is evaluated periodically by means

of class room assignments, class work, unit tests and

monthly tests so as to assess the progress of students and

identify the areas where they need help and additional

effort to make good of their deficiency. These

examinations also help students to discover their areas of

interst and also provide opportunity for healthy

competition with their class mates. In addition to the

monthly tests following terminal examinations are

conducted in the school as per CCE method.

 

 

 

PROMOTION TO HIGHER CLASSES

 

After completion of one academic session, the students

get promoted to the next higher class. It is not on the basis

of good marks in the exam but on well performance in

tests, also on regular attendance, good conduct and well

behavior of the students.

 

 

PARENTS TEACHERS MEETING:

 

Parents-Teachers meetings are convened in the school

premises on regular intervals (After each Assessment). Parents

are requested to attend such meetings regularly but not to visit

the classes during school hours.
